Aufgaben Gesamtkoordination der gastronomischen Abläufe bei Veranstaltungen Schnittstelle zwischen Arena-Management, Catering-Partnern und internen Abteilungen Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Food-&-Beverage-Konzepten Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards (HACCP) Personalplanung und -koordination in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern Waren- und Logistikplanung inkl.
